What counts as a client portfolio?
A client portfolio is the unit of briefing. For consultancies, that is typically one client account. For in-house teams, it is usually one issue area or business line. Each portfolio has its own configuration: keywords, semantic rules, politicians of interest, and a per-portfolio context that tunes significance scoring to that client's specific interests.

Can we start on Starter and upgrade later?
Yes. You can move between plans at any time. The upgrade is prorated against your current billing period and active immediately. Cross-client signal detection, on-demand stakeholder briefings, and trajectory alerts unlock with the Growth plan.

Is there an annual discount?
Yes. Annual billing comes with a 15% discount versus the monthly rate. Quarterly billing is also available on the Growth and Enterprise plans for organisations that prefer it.

Where is the data stored, and what about UK GDPR?
The platform is hosted on UK infrastructure. We process only the public parliamentary record and the watchlist configurations you create. We do not ingest your client documents, internal communications, or any private data. Data Processing Agreement available on request.
